Indications
- back and neck pain
- intervertebral disc-related problems
- radicular pain or marked tension
- limited spinal movement
Contraindications
- acute trauma or instability
- severe osteoporosis
- oncological disease without medical assessment
- conditions where spinal unloading is not safe
